GLOBAL: Falling foul of the fund
NAIROBI, 11 November 2009 (PlusNews Global) - Programmes supported by the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria reported 2.3 million people on life-prolonging antiretroviral (ARV) drugs in June 2009.
